In our hyper-busy, over-stimulated world, we spend our lives hurried and distracted. We are physically exhausted, emotionally drained and spiritually starved. 

So, in this increasingly busy and noisy world, how can we find time to stop and connect with ourselves, our community and our life’s meaning and purpose?

Be Still Movement provides a space to do just that.

Our classes combine the ancient Christian practices of mindfulness, biblical meditation, stillness and silence, with the physical movements of yoga.

    Try our classes

    Be Still Movement runs regular classes in churches across Sydney’s northern beaches and north shore – with more locations coming soon. Come along and try a class for free.

  • Hire us for your event

    Make your church or organisation’s next women’s or outreach event fun, meaningful and memorable. Hire a Be Still Movement teacher to lead a class (or two!) at your next event.

  • Host a Be Still Retreat

    Escape from the demands and the noise of daily life and enjoy a full day to immerse yourself in peace. Be Still Movement will come to your church and run a full-day retreat for your group, so that you can just sit back and relax.

  • Private lessons

    If you’re a beginner, feel a little intimidated about joining a group class, or if you would like personal tuition to develop your physical postures or deepen your meditation experience, then book an expert Be Still Movement teacher for a private lesson.
