
Our classes
Be Still Movement classes are aimed at building strength and resilience, physically, mentally and spiritually.
The physical movements (based on yoga postures) are designed to strengthen the muscles, increase flexibility and improve balance.
Breathing exercises and mindfulness prompts, along with a short relaxation/meditation session at the end of class, help to calm the nervous system and promote mental and emotional health.
Our classes also nurture spiritual health by giving the opportunity to dwell on biblical wisdom and connect with God, for those who would like to. Otherwise, participants can simply choose to focus on their breath.
When practiced regularly, these classes can improve your overall wellness and approach to life, helping you feel more calm, centred, positive and strong in the midst of daily life and challenges.

With regular exercise, you'll notice increased muscle strength and even improved bone density.

The movements of yoga, in particular, can improve your flexibility and balance, reducing the risk of injuries and falls, and improving posture.

Both exercise and yoga can help alleviate stress and promote a sense of relaxation. This is particularly helped by the breathing exercises, mindfulness and meditation/ relaxation in our classes, which activate the parasympathetic nervous system, decreasing your heart rate and promoting a sense of calm. Reduced stress also lowers blood pressure and promotes heart health.

$200 for a 10 class pass
(to be used within four months of purchase)

How do I book a class?
Our online booking system is coming soon! Until then, please text Bec on 0403 735 990 to book into your class or contact us via our contact page.
Payments can be made at the class by cash, EFTPOS or credit.
Multi-passes may be purchased before the class via direct debit. Contact us to arrange the purchase of a 10 class pass.

If you’re a beginner, feel a little intimidated about joining a general group class, or if you would like personal tuition to develop your physical postures or deepen your meditation experience, then book an expert Be Still Movement teacher for a private lesson.
